Job Description
  • The key responsibility will be to completely own and provide management oversight to all elements related to the successful set up, migration of processes and running of the captive Global Finance Shared Services Center.
  • This role is expected to develop a deep understanding of our business processes/systems, a robust operating framework and help establish a scalable & sustainable operation at the Global FSSC.
  • The role is also responsible for ensuring we establish the necessary interfaces within the finance organization locally, regionally & globally in order to enable a smooth functioning of the Global Shared Services Center.

Qualification

1) Finance - CA / CPA/ ICWA / MBA Finance
2) Others Six Sigma Black Belt & Lean certifications

Experience:
Finance: 15 20 years
Industry : Global Logistics experience,
Shared Services : (1) 10- 15 years of which last 5 years as independent leader of the Global Finance SSC
(2) Implemented Minimum Standards / Building Blocks for SSC - Hiring, Training, Governance , SLAs, Operational discipline, Quality, Strong process controls, BCP, Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
People Management: 5+ years Managing a 500 strong Finance SSC for a Global Organization,

Stakeholder Management: Engaged with Global / Regional / Country CFOs and developed strong working relationships

Oracle Financials: Global Implementation & stabilization

Transformation : Process standardization across P2P, O2C, R2R for all four regions, Electronic Banking, Workflow, AP Automation

Migrations: Of P2P, Intercompany Accounting, R2R (GL), O2C (Cash Application), MDM
